I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Surfers Paradise. The first thing that impressed me was the value for money. Despite being located in such a popular area, the prices were very reasonable. Secondly, the attention to detail was fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the harbour. The staff were also friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the location was perfect. Situated in a busy shopping complex right by the harbour, it was a great base for exploring the area.
Everything was absolutely fine during my stay.

It was close to everything, especially the beach. Best location. Friendly staff and all people in general, heaps of activities. Would certainly go back and also make sure friends know when they go up to the Gold Coast.
Probably the only down side was the music from the Tavern.

Staff is friendly and efficient.
Cell-like rooms that open to the veranda. Extremely noisy, you won't get much sleep here.

Affordable and great location! the hostel offers clean and comfortable shared accommodation at a very reasonable price. It's located in a prime spot close to some of the best beaches and plenty of activities to keep you entertained. I also enjoyed the communal areas, which felt like home and were very inclusive.
Some staff were non-responsive and came across as rude. It would be great if they could smile and show more attention to customers.

I had a fantastic stay at Surfers Paradise YHA. As a solo backpacker, I loved having my own room with a comfortable bed and a charging point right next to it. The communal areas felt like home, and I enjoyed socializing with other travelers. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the location was perfect - with the beach just across the road, a bus stop out front, and Sea World and shops nearby. The accommodation was clean, secure, and affordable, making it a great choice for budget travelers. The kitchen facilities and fridges were convenient for saving money on food, and the bathrooms were always clean and never overcrowded. the atmosphere and experience were fantastic, and the staff and fellow guests were friendly.
I do recommend this hotel.

This hostel is in a decent location close to Seaworld and a 'local' village with a few restaurants. It's right by the harbour and near some restaurants. It's also close to nightclubs if that's important for you. the staff is friendly and helpful. I like the old fashioned and comfortable feel of the hostel and the view over the marina is quite nice. the common areas and kitchen are well equipped.
The lighting in the rooms could be better.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was great, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect. The hotel facilities were clean and inclusive. The communal areas, like the lounge and kitchen, felt like home and had a good size for accommodation. Also, the hotel's location was right in front of a bus stop, close to Seaworld and a local village, and near a peaceful beautiful beach.
Nothing to mention.
